Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient preparation and cooking of all breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all breakfast items. Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast service, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health & safety regulations at all times. Accurately manage stock levels, ordering, and record-keeping related to breakfast service. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef by carrying out any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices. Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure. Own transport is essential. Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Working Hours:
Breakfast shifts begin at 7:00 AM and will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility to work evening shifts may be required, based on business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week
