Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Staff to join our team. This role involves supporting and engaging with children in a Breakfast Club and/or After school setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. The position is Term Time. The breakfast Club hours are 7.15-9.15am and the Afterschool 3.00-6.00pm.
Duties
- Supervising and interacting with children during various activities
- Leading educational and recreational sessions
- Managing group dynamics and promoting positive behaviour
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Driving activities to enhance learning experiences
- Assisting with duties as required
Experience
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience desired in childcare or working with children
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively
