An opportunity has arisen within the Environment & Regeneration Directorate for a Breakfast Club Food Supervisor to work with the Cook and to assist and carry out any instructions given in the preparation, cooking and serving of food or clearing away, washing up and cleaning processes.
You will be prepared to cover sickness as required in order to ensure the smooth running of the catering unit.
The successful candidate will possess a current Food Safety Level II qualification and be willing to undertake any training considered necessary for the post.
