Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and standards
Assist with meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Ensure all food is stored correctly and labelled appropriately
Support team members during busy service times to ensure smooth operations
Follow health and safety procedures diligently at all times
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in meal preparation, culinary tasks, or serving roles is desirable
