We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Breakfast Cook. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Provide exceptional service during meal times, including serving dishes when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
