Cook required for the Ferry Inn, Scrabster
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook according to recipes and portion sizes- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner- Accept deliveries- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsMust be a reliable early starter with a car due to rural location
