The Olive Tree Restaurant is Bath's only Michelin Starred Restaurant. Located within the stylish Queensberry Hotel in Upper Bath, is actively looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Head Waiter . Breakfast is treated no different to Lunch and dinner service . The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world class dining experience.

Essentials:

Required to work in all areas of F&B in the business, including bar, room service and breakfast. The phrase 'that's not my job' is not and will never be part of our ethos.

Strong passion for food, drinks and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Based on 43 hours a week , worked over 5 days.

The role will be running breakfast service , along with running lunch service along side the team on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

The role will include working mainly breakfast , with one split shift a week to allow assisting the team with dinner service.

A strong knowledge of wine will be essential as the chosen candidate will be required to play an active role in wine service including presenting wine pairings. Preferably WSET Level 2, not essential

Impeccable presentation and personal standards.

Punctual time management. Every second counts.

Ability to cope with pressure and multi-task.

Good communication skills.

Ambition to grow within the company.

Ability to supervise and train staff as well as running the restaurant in the absence of the manager/assistant manager.

Knowledge of bar service and cocktails would be advantageous.

Minimum Required Experience to apply:

Previous front of house experience is essential preferably in a similar role or establishment. Training will be provided but a good level of service skills and knowledge will help you hit the ground running.
