Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, professional, and energetic waiting staff to join our team. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has a welcoming, pleasant, and memorable experience. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a warm and friendly manner Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns Clear tables and ensure the dining area is clean and presentable Process payments and handle cash or card transactions Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A team player with a can-do attitude Basic math skills for handling payments Well-groomed and presentable appearance
