Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our Residents start their day with a delightful breakfast experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Hours are 7-11, 3 days a week, and covering on holidays where possible.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with our menu specifications. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during meal preparation and service. Provide excellent resident services, addressing any dietary needs or preferences with care and attention. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items. Engage with residents to create a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating strong communication skills and phone etiquette when taking reservations or inquiries. Support other team members as required, contributing to a harmonious working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential. A background in hotel services or guest relations will be beneficial. Strong cooking skills, along with knowledge of food safety regulations, are required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
