Summary
We are seeking an Assistant to join our brewing team. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. You will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations of the brewery. Assist in delivering locally by hand. Cleaning of vessels & brewery areas. Assisting on bar where needed. Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock control.
Requirements
Experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices is preferred. Ability to work well on own and as part of a team.

Pay: 13.00-15.80 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
