Salopian Brewery is based in Hadnall, on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, and are one of the country's leading independent breweries with a passion for brewing great beer and outstanding customer service. With a growing team, our people are the most important cog in our quest to create, deliver and sell great beer.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Brewery Operative to join our team.

The role's primary responsibilities include assisting the brewing and packaging teams with day to day upkeep of the brewery environment, cask washing and cask preparation, and packaging of our products.

Hours of Work: 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. Occasional bank holidays may be required.

Main Purpose of Role:

Cask Cleaning & Preparation Packaging of our beers in cask, keg, and small pack Upkeep of the brewery environment - cellar, warehouse, and site Assisting with deliveries to our customers as required
Person Specification:

Essential you have a positive attitude, great people skills, are well organised and with an attention to detail A team player but also able to work independently Physically capable of lifting heavy weights Must be flexible with working hours due to the nature of the industry An interest in beer is preferable, but not essential as long as you are keen to learn Provide proof that they have the right to work in the UK
Salary & Benefits:

25,400 per annum Performance related bonus. 28 days annual leave Staff Discount
