Overseeing the construction of residential units in Down Ampney.
The successful candidate will have worked within the construction sector previously, have either SSSTS or SMSTS accreditation and a good working knowledge of masonry construction.
Duties
Keeping and maintaining records of labour, plant, and materials on site.
Managing site personnel & maintaining work flow.
Liaising with Client representatives and other members of the site team to ensure effective communications and a cohesive working environment.
Overseeing quality of workmanship and ensuring materials are installed as per manufacturers guidelines.
Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations and maintaining the H&S file, as well as other site files.
Ensuring program requirements are met and recording all relevant events for delay, and maintaining a site diary.
Provide comprehensive information as required by senior management, including recording any extra works and day works.
