Job Overview

An exciting retail management opportunity to join our established Bridal Boutique. We are looking for a motivated, positive, people person with a passion for retail to lead our small team and ensure the smooth operation of our boutique. Can you inspire, lead, coach and motivate staff, while delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have excellent organisational abilities, time management skills, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the boutique's standards?

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Manage and supervise the retail team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance in a positive environment. Lead appointments, styling brides and overseeing the customer journey. Organise staff schedules and manage time efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Manage orders, liase with designers and ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld. Handle customer inquiries. Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills.

Experience

Retail management experience in a luxury setting, bridal, beauty, jewellery or fashion preferred. A genuine passion for weddings and styling Brides, and a patient and caring personality. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate. Willingness to participate in social media, experience in this area would be a plus. Excellent organisational skills. A strong sales history. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in supervising staff, with a track record of teamwork and collaboration within a retail environment.
