Well established independent designer bridal boutique looking to hire a candidate with sales and customer service experience from a fashion or luxury retail environment.

Choosing a wedding dress is such an important moment for every bride and as a bridal consultant you have the pleasure of being a key part of it. The ideal candidate should be a people person - enthusiastic, friendly and supportive with confidence to build a rapport with customers. Bridal shopping is a really exciting experience but can be nerve wracking for some, so it is important to listen to each bride's requirements, whilst creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

We specialise in creating bespoke dresses so you will advise each bride on suitable styles and help choose dresses that allow them to reflect their individuality. During appointments you will adjust dresses to show brides the best fit and take body measurements when placing orders. It is essential for the role that the candidate is comfortable working very closely with customers. A keen interest in fashion design, dressmaking or the bridal industry would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities & duties:

Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times - you will be dealing with customers in the boutique as well as via phone calls and emails. Carrying out bridal appointments and processing orders Basic admin tasks: booking appointments, completing order forms, answering phone and email enquiries General tidying/cleaning in the boutique and maintaining visual displays An interest in social media - creating posts and stories on Instagram and Flexibility to work weekends - You will be expected to work every Saturday and at least one week day. Overtime may be available during busy times.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 15 per week
