An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brokerage Officer for adults and children's social care.
The successful candidate will play crucial role in engaging with our external care markets to source and negotiate domiciliary care and community-based packages of support for adults and children's services. The role will report to the Brokerage Team Manager
This is a busy and demanding role, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the sourcing process. The post requires the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of external providers and partner agencies (both verbally and in writing).
You will receive regular support and training opportunities and experience the benefits of working with friendly and supportive colleagues. Ealing has a diverse range community amenities and excellent transport links, which helps make it a great place to live and work.
This role is deemed resident facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
