About the Role:
The bakery is looking for a passionate Baker who is happy to work in a commercial environment, particularly with sourdough
An all-rounder who is reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk, confident with mixing, scaling, baking & using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs
Working 5 days across 7 days (overtimes available)
an added advantage will be:
Expertise on large scale sourdough production
Experience working within either a commercial bakery or kitchen as a head chef
A passion for good food and quality produce
