We are looking for someone to help re launch our Bottomless Brunches as well as get involved in the day to day running of our Tapas Restaurant.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with excellent leadership and team management skills. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a blend of creativity, culinary expertise, and the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their culinary skills.
Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage and adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to ensure consistency and excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
