ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic BTEC Level 3 Sports Teacher to join our committed Education team at Bradford City FC Community Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire young learners through high-quality delivery of the BTEC Level 3 Sports programme, helping them to achieve academic and personal success.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment in line with internal deadlines and external audit requirements.
Build positive relationships with learners, parents/carers, and external stakeholders through regular communication and events such as parents' evenings and careers fairs.
Support the recruitment and induction of new learners by attending outreach events and promoting the programme in local schools and community settings.

Lead or support key areas such as UCAS applications, NCFE delivery (where applicable), or mentoring trainee teachers.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that reflects the safeguarding and welfare standards of the Foundation.
Uphold professional conduct at all times, representing the Foundation and Football Club both in person and online.
Please note that this job description serves only as a guideline for your responsibilities and is not a definitive list.
