Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm for coffee and exceptional customer service will help us provide an unforgettable experience for our patrons.

You may be offered opportunities to join us on catering and events where we occasionally travel across the UK for festivals, private hire and more! We cover accommodation and provide meals while paying you a premium daily wage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas and hot beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pan-asian foods and light snacks, while adhering to health regulations. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. A helpful and welcoming attitude towards customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Required qualification - Level 2 or higher in Food Hygiene and Safety
