Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and answer any queries regarding menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide help to colleagues as needed to foster a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; relevant certifications are an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine passion for bubble tea and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for customers is highly desirable.
