Building Solutions North East is an independent, property development company with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. We are looking for experienced, reliable individuals to join our team. We offer premium building and construction services in Northumberland and Newcastle areas. Specialising in home extensions, renovations, and more with over 25 years of experience.

We are seeking a well rounded individual with a bias towards general building i.e. brickwork / formwork, groundworks, steelwork and drainage however with the ability to also carry out basic other skills and the willingness to muck in/labour if and when required.

Duties:

- To provide exceptional customer service.

- General building or maintenance work as required to suit the business needs, being flexible with regards to daily duties.

- Being able to work independently and as pert of a team.

- Undertake assigned tasks within the construction or maintenance team, having full regard to site licence requirements and regulations.

- Assist in the efficient delivery of construction and maintenance tasks.

- Provide a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success of the company.

- be dedicated and take pride in your work.

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in general building / groundworks / drainage / hard landscaping advantageous.
- Clean drivers licence required and good knowledge and experience in a similar role.

An enhanced DBS check would be advantageous.
