Job Introduction

The role
Multi skilled builder - carrying out brickwork, groundworks, fencing, roofing and other general building work to our housing stock across Redditch Borough
.
Key Requirements
Undertake brickwork, slabbing, fencing, tiling, roofing and general building repairs Collaborate with team members to execute projects in residential properties Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times Work on various general maintenance tasks as required
Skills & experience
Proven experience and qualifications as a multi trade builder with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment Good communication and customer service skills Competency or qualified in trades such as brick work, ground works, fencing, carpentry, roofing
