Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team working on housing association contracts, in voids and occupied properties. we are recruiting for all levels and all Trades. (labourers, Builders, Carpenters, Plasterers, tilers and floor layers. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience in various trades, This role requires a hands-on approach to completing tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs, and maintenance tasks. Execute task with attention to detail and finish quality. Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Fabricate components as needed for specific projects. Carry out plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations. Utilise hand tools proficiently for carpentry work. Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and stonework as required. Carry out bonding and finished plastering. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification.

Skills

Experience in painting with knowledge of different materials and finishes. Skilled in the safe operation of power tools and machinery. Ability to fabricate components using various materials. Competence in plumbing systems, including installation and repair techniques. Strong hand tool skills for carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing work. Knowledge of masonry techniques for building structures or features. Experience in roofing practices, including installation of various roofing materials. Proficient in welding techniques for metalwork applications.

Pay: 200.00-300.00 per day
