This is a great opportunity with a reputable local construction company with a good working environment in a small team of 2-6 people. I am looking for a motivated person with a good work ethic. You will get to learn many building skills from all aspects of the building trade and increase your pay over time. Working hours are usually 08:30-16:30 Monday-Friday, though this can vary.This is an ongoing job, with the opportunity to work with us on a permanent basis for the right candidate.
The work will involve general multi skilled site work, keeping the site clean and tidy, as well as assisting other trades and learning new skills.
Rate of pay dependent on experience and skill set (carpentry, plumbing ect. . )
Role & Responsibilities:
Completing tasks independently Assisting trades Assisting site team in day to day duties Keeping site clean and tidy Moving materials
Key Skills & Qualifications:
The ability to perform physical manual labour UK driving licence and a vehicle
