We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Builders Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various building projects, supporting skilled trades, and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical knowledge, and experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Duties

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to support building activities Support assembly line tasks related to construction components and materials Use forklift and other warehouse equipment to move heavy materials safely Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with the installation of structural elements under supervision Support the team in maintaining equipment and ensuring timely project completion Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling as required

Requirements

Previous experience in factory, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus Experience operating forklift and power tools is highly desirable Ability to work effectively with hand tools and support assembly tasks Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads safely Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team Prior experience with manufacturing facilities or construction sites is advantageous
