We are looking for a

Building and Civils Estimator

to lead estimating activities across a wide range of projects--from 100K to 10M--in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.

Your Role Includes:

Leading estimating for minor and major works Reviewing tender enquiries and preparing subcontractor/supplier enquiries Pricing from first principles and negotiating with the supply chain Preparing cost breakdowns and quality submissions Attending tender interviews and project pre-start meetings Collaborating with Surveying and Contracts teams

What We're Looking For:

5+ years' experience in a similar role Strong background in building and civil construction Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Surveying Proficiency in Microsoft Office Independent and team-oriented work style
