```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring that our buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and manage a team of plasterer, mason and maintenance technicians
- Preparing construction sites, tools and materials.
- Assist contractors and tradesmen such as Carpenters, Bricklayers, Masons, Electricians and Plumbers in performing relevant activities.
- Develop and implement building and maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
- Manage budgets for maintenance projects and supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Strong experience of construction and maintenance in domestic and commercial sector
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of building systems, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
