Job Description
Caswell Maintenance Services are currently looking to employ a Building and Maintenance Operative with experience in Carpentry, on a permanent basis to our ever-growing team. The role includes carrying out various types of building maintenance, project repair work or new installation works.
Responsibilities :
Good awareness of safety on site.
Undertake various building, maintenance, and carpentry projects within the retail sector.
Reactive & Planned Maintenance Works.
Identifying issues on site and communication skills.
Requirements :
CSCS Card
Hard working
Reliable
Attention to detail
Driving License
Staying away will be required on occasion
Experience in Building, Maintenance and Carpentry desirable
