We're not your typical housing provider -- and this isn't your typical job. At PA Housing, we're all about people, not just properties. We're committed to doing things better, and that includes how we manage safety in our buildings.

What's in it for you?

What we're looking for...

Let's keep this simple -- you're someone who knows your stuff when it comes to building safety. But more than that, you care. You want to do right by residents and make a difference where it really counts.

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong knowledge of ACOPs, fire safety, and compliance across the "Big 6" (fire, gas, electric, water, asbestos, lifts) Experience managing safety and compliance in residential or high-rise settings A recognised qualification in fire safety, health and safety, or construction - such as NEBOSH or equivalent The ability to engage residents with clarity, empathy and professionalism A track record in managing risk reporting and acting on key findings An understanding of mandatory occurrence reporting processes A proactive, accountable, and solution-focused approach to your work

You must also have:

A full UK driving licence The ability to pass a DBS check (more info below)

If this sounds like you -- and you're ready to help us shape safer homes -- we'd love to hear from you.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS):

This role requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check, which will show any unspent convictions. That's because you'll be visiting residents in their homes, and we have a responsibility to make sure we're doing that safely and appropriately.

Please don't worry - having unspent convictions doesn't automatically rule you out. If you're a potential match, we'll carry out a risk assessment with you to understand the context. We'll also request references before your start date.
