39,922.49 per annum plus Essential Car User Allowance

37 hours per week, permanent



We currently have an exciting opportunity for a

Building Safety Manager

to join our successful in-house Compliance team on a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months.

The role



As a Building Safety Manager, you will oversee the development and management of safety cases for high-risk buildings, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards set by the Building Safety Act. With a focus on statutory compliance, fire safety, and service delivery, you will coordinate and monitor facilities management and building services across our diverse property portfolio. What skills and experience we are looking for:



Holds NEBOSH General certificate in H&S at work or equivalent (E) Detailed knowledge of ACOP L8 - Legionnaires' disease. The control of legionella bacteria in water systems and experience of implementing and managing control policies, procedures, and process to conform to the ACOP (E) Detailed knowledge of LOLER & PUWER Regulations and experience of implementing and managing control policies, procedures, and process to conform to the regulations (E) Detailed knowledge of Asbestos in Buildings or equivalent (E) Detailed working knowledge of operational Fire life safety systems installation and maintenance (E) Detailed working knowledge of Gas Safety Regulations (E) Experience of working in a risk and compliance environment in a client-based role (E) Previous experience of managing multiple commerical and residential sites, including commercial contract management and contract procurement for commercial services and products Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent customer relationship management skills
