A unique opportunity for a talented individual to lead the Building Services function at Rugby School and Bilton Grange (our prep school which is just 3 miles down the road) at an exciting time of considerable investment in the services infrastructure. Rugby school is a world class co- educational boarding school, and the post holder will be responsible for building services across its large (400 acre) diverse estate which includes at Rugby 13 boarding houses, 2 day houses, academic buildings, a sport centre with swimming pool, theatre, concert hall, library and 70 residential properties. At Bilton Grange the 90 acre site comprises a Grade 2listed Prep School, a pre- prep and Nursery. On both site you will get to work across the spectrum in heritage buildings right through to state of the art new builds like the new 15m boarding house at Bilton Grange which opens in September.
The post holder will be responsible for HVAC, electricity, gas, water, drainage, lighting, fire and security systems across both sites. You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity, efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation and maintenance (with support of Maintenance Manager and Team) of these essential systems, ensuring our environment is healthy, legal, safe and comfortable. You must be able to demonstrate significant experience across these areas.
