Our client are one of the largest M&E maintenance contractors in the UK and globally, with a number of commercial accounts across sectors including commercial office space, healthcare, financial services, defence, retail, etc. Due to an internal restructure, this firm have a requirement for an engineering services manager to be based at a Museum in the City of Westminster. Responsible for managing a multi-skilled engineering team, liaising with on-site client, and delivering planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems across a fast paced environment. Guideline salary for this role is circa \xc2\xa360-65,000 for the right individual, along with pension scheme and training courses.

Candidates must be electrically or mechanically qualified, ideally through a full apprenticeship, with at least five years of experience of managing within commercial building services. Along with core mech/elec qualifications, additional training such as HV/LV Authorisation, 2391, F-Gas, IOSH/NEBOSH/ILM will all be beneficial as well as experience in the following:

• Reporting into Contract & Area Manager
• Direct line management of multi-skilled engineering team
• 1-2-1 and Appraisals of team
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Hold AP Status in Mechanical/Electrical site systems as appropriate
• Hold regular progress meetings with on-site clients
• Coordinate specialist 3rd party contractors
• Take part in regular Site audits & compliance
• Involvement in project works across site
