We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong telemarketing skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
