We're F&P Healthcare, a staffing agency providing care and support workers to residential services and care homes across West Yorkshire and beyond. Right now, we're on 1.5m turnover and our mission is to double that to 3m.

Every new client you bring in helps us grow and ensures more vulnerable people get the care they deserve. That's why we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who wants to make money and make a difference.

Why This Role Matters

What You'll Be Doing



Reaching out to care homes and showing them the difference F&P can make. Building genuine, lasting relationships with managers and decision makers. Listening to what they need and matching it with the right staffing solutions. Signing new clients and building a personal portfolio that pays you month after month. Playing a key role in helping us reach 3m turnover.

What You'll Get



30,000 base salary. Uncapped commission, simple, fair, and directly tied to your success: 500 signing bonus for every new care home you bring on board. 10% of net billings (profit) from each client, paid every month for as long as they work with us. Example: if a care home generates 4,000 profit in a month, you earn 400 that month.

Your Earning Potential Explained



We don't believe in vague "OTE" promises. Here's how it really works:

Each new client = 500 upfront + 10% of their monthly profit. Build a portfolio of clients and you'll keep earning from them every month. Over time, that means steady, recurring income that grows with your success.

To put it in perspective:



Sign and maintain just a handful of care homes and you'll be comfortably at 45k+ OTE. Build a stronger portfolio of 15-20 care homes over 12-18 months and you'll be earning 60k-70k+ OTE. There's no cap, the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Someone who loves connecting with people and building trust. Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or business development. A self-starter who sees opportunity and goes after it. Comfortable working towards goals, but motivated by more than just numbers. Someone who wants to be part of a business with a real mission in healthcare.
