, a vibrant Korean BBQ restaurant, launching this September in

Piccadilly Gardens

! We're building a

to bring great food and great service to the heart of Manchester.

We are looking for

full-time and part-time Hall Staff

who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something new. Our rotas are done weekly, allowing us to offer

flexible working hours

to suit your lifestyle.

What We Offer:

12.25 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome to guests as they arrive Present and explain our menu using our tablet ordering system, making recommendations Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately Change BBQ grills on tables during service to ensure quality dining Deliver attentive and caring customer service so guests have the best experience possible Upsell additional menu items when appropriate Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Basic maths skills for handling transactions Knowledge of food safety guidelines (training will be provided)
