, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence in clinical care while guiding and supporting a team of dedicated doctors and Health Advisors. Your leadership will ensure consistent standards of high-quality care across Bupa Health Clinics at

Sevenoaks Medical Centre

,

Lyca Health Orpington and The Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic

. This is an exciting opportunity to blend hands-on clinical work with strategic oversight in a setting that prioritises patient experience, clinical governance, and continuous professional development.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:


Providing

clinical leadership

and management to Bupa doctors and Health Advisors across our centres and remote services. Delivering

comprehensive health assessments

with a varied caseload. Playing a key role in

clinical governance

, including audits, incident reviews, and preparation for CQC inspections. Supporting and mentoring GPs through

CPD

,

appraisals

, and

performance management

, fostering a culture of excellence and learning. Driving results and quality improvements in collaboration with centre and hospital management teams.

What We're Looking For:

An experienced GMC registered GP. Passion for delivering

high-quality, patient-centred care

. Demonstrated experience in

clinical leadership

, team development, and performance management. Excellent communication, decision-making and organisational skills. Confidence in working within both

face-to-face and remote services

. A commitment to continuous professional development and healthcare improvement.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience within the

private healthcare sector including carrying out health assessments

. Background in mentoring, training, and appraisal. Familiarity with

quality improvement frameworks

and commercial healthcare operations.
