Role Overview:
As a Burrito Master at Plan Burrito, you'll be the heartbeat of your store. This is a hands-on role where you'll help your team from the front lines, serving customers, preparing our award-winning burritos, and delivering an exceptional dining experience every time. You'll be a mentor, a problem-solver, and an ambassador for everything that makes Plan Burrito stand out from our competitors.
You'll be responsible for overseeing everything from the front-line to managing back-end operations like inventory, scheduling, and maintaining our high standards. You're not just in charge -- you're leading by example, ensuring that every customer walks out with a smile and every team member feels empowered to make the customer service experience second-to-none.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: You'll be out on the floor, showing your team how it's done. Whether it's serving customers, preparing burritos, or handling cash, you'll always lead from the front.
Customer Service Excellence: Your focus will always be on ensuring customers have a world-class experience. When things don't go as expected, you're the one to think on your feet and find a solution.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire your team, creating a positive and productive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and motivated to give their best.
Inventory Management: You'll handle stock, ordering, and ensuring that we always have what we need to serve our customers while managing costs.
Store Standards: You'll ensure that the store is always in tip-top shape, from the front of house to the kitchen. That includes setting up, cleaning, and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the day.
Training & Development: We'll provide you with the training you need for food hygiene and other key skills, but we'll also rely on you to develop your team and create a learning environment where everyone can grow.
