About the role




As our Business Administration Apprentice - Crewing, you'll play an essential role in supporting our crewing operations with a focus on training and development. You'll be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks that directly support the readiness, compliance, and well-being of our crew members.


You will be responsible for supporting crewing administration and training coordination, helping the team maintain high standards and deliver excellent service.

Maintaining crew training and personnel records in line with data protection policies Coordinating training courses and meetings, including logistics and materials Arranging travel and accommodation for the crew and internal teams Supporting team events and projects with admin and research Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to track actions and manage communications Working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification

You will be working in our Crewing team based in Whitfield, UK, which collaborates closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams. It is a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment where your contribution matters from day one.

You are:

Organised and good at juggling multiple tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A clear and confident communicator, in person and writing Discreet with sensitive information Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your workload Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes Based within a reasonable commuting distance to Whitfield, UK In possession of a valid passport (some travel may be required)
