Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our facilities management team working on our Greater Manchester Police TFM contract in Eccles, Manchester.

Course title: Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Level 3 qualification

Duration: 24 month apprenticeship with potential to become a permanent position on successful completion of qualification

The role:

  • Successfully undertake and complete the Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship
  • General office administration, including procurement of office supplies, uniforms, PPE etc.
  • To provide administrative support including answering telephones, filing, printing, photocopying, and assistance with keeping operational records up to date.
  • To maintain site document management system and undertake typing and formatting of policies and procedures to comply with corporate standards (when required to do so).
  • Dealing with ad-hoc tasks such as client queries, diary management, external queries etc.
  • To undertake training to develop a capability in Maximo CAFM administration leading to the raising and receipting of purchase orders, generating PPMs and processing work orders.
  • To undertake appropriate training to develop in the role
  • This is a Business Administration apprenticeship of 24 month\'s duration working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with college attendance
The person:
  • GCSE C/4 grade or above in Maths and English desirable
  • Need to have good IT skills
  • Need to have experience using MS Office
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Need to have a flexible approach and be willing to learn
