We are seeking a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team with the prospects of a full-time role on successful completion of this apprenticeship.


The Business Administrator Apprentice will provide essential support across multiple departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance, through a structured rotational program. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, streamlining processes, and producing clear, professional documentation to support effective decision-making and smooth business operations.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

Build strong working relationships by liaising with stakeholders across the business to support day-to-day administration and planning activities Create and format business documents Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings and events Maintain accurate records and keep business systems up to date, ensuring information is organised and accessible Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with organisational procedures

Essential Criteria

Administrative experience Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different teams Strong written, verbal and numerical skills to support day to day responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively and work confidently with others Strong organisations skills and the ability to work methodically Good time management with the ability to work within deadlines A strong commitment to completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Desirable Criteria

Maths and English - GSCE grade C/4 or higher, or level 2 functional skills Ability to work proactively whilst multi-tasking and within a team environment
