We're now looking for an
organised and proactive Business Administrator
to join our Head Office team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Role Purpose
The Business Administrator will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth running of internal systems, franchisee communication, and customer service processes. You'll work closely with the wider team to coordinate documents, manage data, and maintain accurate records - all while representing the babyballet brand in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office and administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Maintain accurate franchisee records and compliance documentation (e.g. DBS, safeguarding, insurance).
Prepare and issue contracts, renewals, and other key documentation using Adobe Sign.
Keep franchisee webpages up to date with venue, pricing, and teacher information.
Coordinate internal communications, including updates, announcements, and meeting notes.
Manage the central inbox and social media messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Provide excellent customer service and support to franchisees and customers with queries.
Update and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel and other databases, including franchise and class data analysis.
Liaise with colleagues across departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven administrative experience.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems).
Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
A proactive attitude - able to take initiative and prioritise tasks.
Desirable:
Familiarity with franchise operations or small business administration.
Interest in dance, early years education, or children's activities.
