Your Opportunity:

As part of our strategic growth plan, we are currently recruiting for Business Administrators to join our team in Belfast. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic individuals to come on board and provide sales and operational support as well as an efficient Client/Candidate-focussed Telephony/Reception service. Successful candidates will be required to undergo and pass Garda Vetting.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Screening - Screening candidates to ensure details are passed to correct consultant.
  • Record Keeping - Maintaining computerised records and ensuring they are kept up to date, including entering data and undertaking searches on databases as required.
  • Compliance - Eligibility and compliance checks. Qualification verification
  • Registration - Organising and booking registrations / interviews.
  • Team Support - Supporting Talent Acquisition Specialist and Consultants. Managing calls and correspondence
  • Administration - General administration, filing, faxing, and photocopying.
The above list is not exhaustive and other tasks within the scope of the post and capabilities of the post holder may be allocated from time to time.

Essential Criteria
  • 12 months experience in a busy administration role
  • Dealing with clients/candidates face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Experience of using MS Office to include Microsoft Word and email.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent to include English & Math.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, using a variety of mediums to a wide range of audiences, both orally and in writing.
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous experience of working in Recruitment or local government administration.
