About Us

FTS UK is a wholesale importer and dynamic business involved in growing successful eCommerce platforms and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and adaptable Personal Assistant & Operations Support to help drive the day-to-day running of the business and assist the director directly.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. You'll be supporting the director across different parts of the business--from administrative tasks and scheduling, to customer service and order processing--playing a key role in keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the director by managing schedules, tasks, and daily priorities. Handle emails and phone calls professionally on behalf of the business. Process customer orders, returns, and related admin across various eCommerce platforms. Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, and platform messaging.. Use Excel for basic reporting, stock tracking, and task organisation. Liaise with warehouse and supplier teams to ensure product availability and dispatch accuracy. Maintain clear records and assist with general office and business administration.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis). Good written English for creating and improving product listings. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
