Location: Remote with attendance at the office 1 day per week (South West, ideally you will be located somewhere in between Cheddar & Bath).

Salary: 12.71 - 13.49 per hour
Hours: 14 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Business Administrator - Human Resources to join our growing people consultancy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on getting things done, and wants to work in a small but ambitious business where their contribution genuinely matters.

This is a dual-focused role, combining:

Client-facing HR administration Internal systems, HR Hub monitoring, and operational support

What you'll be doing

Administration

Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs and documentation Maintaining HR records and tracking key dates (probation reviews, renewals, compliance checks) Supporting client queries, triaging requests and escalating where needed Drafting standard letters and templates Managing recruitment admin: adverts, screening, interview coordination Keeping client documents and trackers organised, accurate, and up to date
Operations & HR Hub support

Updating and maintaining our HR Hub content (guides, templates, checklists) Monitoring user feedback and supporting continuous improvement Keeping legal and policy updates logged and actioned Admin support across the business, scheduling, filing, reporting, document management Helping streamline processes and introducing better ways of working Supporting consultants with project administration
About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong business admin experience Is organised, resourceful and able to manage their own workload Has excellent written communication and attention to detail Is confident with technology [CRM, PowerBI, and Microsoft] and willing to learn new systems Understands confidentiality and professionalism in a client environment Enjoys improving processes and creating order Is comfortable working remotely and independently
