Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of our business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our objectives and enhance performance and efficiency. Provide expert advice on management practices, operational improvements, and leadership development. Facilitate workshops or strategy sessions to help guide our team toward effective, sustainable practices. Monitor industry trends--both within and outside the dental sector--to offer fresh insights that drive innovation and growth. Collaborate with our leadership and team members to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business advising, consulting, or related strategic roles. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide others. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative, data-driven solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results efficiently. Experience in or familiarity with the

dental industry

is

a plus

, but not required. Eagerness to contribute a

new perspective

and challenge existing approaches constructively. Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not required
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 18.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liverpool L24 9HL
