Job Title: Dental Lab Account Manager

Salary: 25,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)

About Us: Velvet Digital Lab is a fast-growing digital dental laboratory working with forward-thinking dentists and practices across the UK. We combine high-end digital workflows with a personal, relationship-driven service. We're now looking for a Dental Lab Account Manager to help us look after our dentists, support growth, and keep our customer experience best-in-class.

The Role: You'll be the main point of contact for our dentists - helping new customers get set up and making sure existing customers feel supported, informed, and excited to work with us.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role: you'll spend most of your time talking to practices, understanding what they need, and coordinating with our lab team to make sure cases run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Be the day-to-day contact for new and existing dentists and practices Onboard new customers and help them understand how to work with the labTrack active cases and proactively update customers on progress Spot opportunities to deepen relationships and grow each account Work closely with the lab team to resolve any issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-ups.
About You:

Warm, confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people all day Organised and reliable - you like keeping on top of details and deadlines Comfortable managing your own workload and prioritising what matters most Experience in dental, healthcare, sales, or account management is an advantage, but not essential Most important: you care about looking after customers properly and doing what you say you'll do.
