. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of card-based payment systems, banking processes, and financial regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support the delivery of innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking and card systems.
Define and communicate clear business and functional requirements to development teams.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle including UAT, functional testing, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and customer experience.
Develop use cases, workflows, wireframes, and process documentation.
Ensure timely communication of project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in
banking or payment card systems
(credit, debit, prepaid, etc.).
Strong knowledge of banking products, card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and clearing/settlement.
Experience with business process modeling, gap analysis, and solution design.
Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
Familiarity with industry regulations (PCI DSS, ISO 8583, EMV, etc.) is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
