Job Description

We are looking for two Business Analysts to join our Liberty Blume team in Bradford (BD4). This hybrid position requires at least two days per week in the office.
Joining our Blume Transformation team you will play a vital role in supporting Transformation Project Managers with the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic initiatives across Blume Business Solutions (BBS).
As a Business Analyst, you'll bring a strong passion for solving problems, optimising processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams within BBS and across the wider organisation to turn complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions--driving meaningful change and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?Design and implement process improvement initiatives, including workflow redesign, automation, and the integration of new technologies. Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Collect and analyse operational data to uncover performance trends and support broader transformation efforts. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor progress and communicate insights to stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications. Contribute to the full lifecycle of transformation projects, from initiation through to delivery. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to key stakeholders across the business. Support the rollout of new processes and technologies by developing and driving effective change management strategies. Deliver training and guidance to team members on updated systems and procedures to ensure smooth adoption.

We tend to look for people with:EssentialProven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a transformation or change environment. Relevant professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement. Highly resilient and adaptable, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Thorough attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and a proactive approach to validating data and assumptions.
PreferredHands-on experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Project management experience, with the ability to lead or contribute to initiatives from planning through to delivery.
