This is an exciting opportunity to join the internal Business Analyst team within the Group Systems corporate IT function. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and design of business-critical systems and processes, delivering enterprise-wide solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation across the organisation.

What We're Looking For




We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex business problems. You'll be confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, challenging and influencing projects and driving change in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle across a variety of different sized projects Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and prioritise business goals Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements Define and document current and future state business processes Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analysis to uncover issues and areas for improvement Collaborate with technical project teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with the business requirements Develop and deliver business change strategies, alongside internal comms and learning teams to ensure successful adoption

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment

Qualifications



Expertise in business process mapping and requirements gathering Strong analytical mindset with an inquisitive nature Effective management of priorities, time and workload Demonstrated ability to lead workshops that facilitate decision-making Ability to build and proactively maintain positive working relationships Ability to manage and influence stakeholders Excellent written communication skills, including business cases, user stories, and training materials Willingness to seek opportunities and feedback to continue to learn and share skills and knowledge

Desirable Technical Skills



Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft Financials, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and delivery management Understanding of data integration, reporting, and automation concepts
