Duties

Assist in the analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement. Support the project management team in coordinating tasks and timelines. Utilise data analysis skills to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights. Create flowcharts and diagrams using Visio to illustrate processes and workflows. Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and contribute ideas. Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Learn and apply Bash Unix shell scripting for data manipulation tasks. Engage in the SDLC by supporting software testing and documentation efforts.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate potential business trends. Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in R for statistical analysis is advantageous. Understanding of project management principles is preferred. Basic knowledge of server operations would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset. A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies related to business analysis.
